Arghhhh.....Anonymous sucks, names are better even if fake

Ok, looks like I've been "discovered". By special request, I've toned the graphics down. Have fun looking around, and feel free to comment.

I hope to be adding more to this site....but I've got to get the courage up to do it, and try to find a way to keep those under 18 from getting to them. Yeah, they are that far out there!

And some of them I wrote as a teen, and they aren't here yet. Somehow those years and aches and pains, and that learning experience is so very sacred. I laugh at them now when I read them, and then I sigh, and remember.

  1. I think under 18 is okay, so long...as long as you've got a loving parent...explaining....

And there's a whole lot of explaining to do, might as well start from the get-go...rather than doing some 'dancing' and 'backtracking'...

It's a lot easier if you are just up-front and honest, and tell them what you don't know, and what you think...

Teach them what you know, the hard facts, about Biology and Math...beyond that try to be close.

  2. 'It's hard' to be man.

Since I was raised with a bunch of brothers I can tell you this is the truth.

  4. lol...not my cup of tea. But I could go for a full orchestra under the stars.

Don't you feel sorry for those Greek men? The artists are almost insulting them.

  5. Those artisans were great, and patient, and knew anatomy when relaxed wasn't all puffed up like a dragon.

Reminds me of a song, I'm sure you know the lyrics, too!!!

  6. I've only seen southern ones, and they've never looked like those, even at rest. lol

oh well, it's also been proven that Vikings weren't giants either way back yonder. Excavations reveal the average Eric the Red was only about 5'7". So maybe everything is getting bigger as the world ages.

  7. I think those 'science guys' could have a 'ball' with this on that Discovery Channel...

Something about "Mythbusters" (is that one word?).

  8. You seem to be quite a perfectionist...me, on the other hand...these days...seems I could care less.

  9. I wonder who 'especially' requested the toning down?

    This is pretty scary, however.

  10. I had a pretty good Psychology teacher, named Mr. Corbis.

He also taught History, man what a bore...don't think he much liked his 'assignment either,' especially since he was sent to one of those 'outposts,' you know those utility buildings when classrooms are over crowded...plus he was getting rather on in years and didn't have much patience for us high school students, anymore.

Too, bad I didn't have him as a teacher when he was leaner and more fit.

Just got off on a tangent.

  11. lol....History will never be boring! Walk in a graveyard and read the old inscriptions. I could do it all day long. Dig in the dirt and find an arrowhead, or a buried city....ah, dreams.

  12. Poor Mr. Corbis got no respect.

He began to talk, or rather preach, with a monotone voice, he just seemed 'blank.'

Seems he got in trouble for 'teaching his Psych class' about sex.

Then of 'course' it wasn't just 'the staff,' the students, too, were oblivious.

At least, I do believe he got his retirement.

Oh, the kids I was hanging out with then called him Mr. Corpse, 'of course.'

The worst part of history was memorizing dates.

Especially since I didn't have any (just trying to be funny, now).

You've got me rather inspired, LOL.
